Are you getting mixed nutrition messages? Stop by the second floor of the Ferguson Center for reliable, up-to-date advice and measurement of body fat. A registered dietitian or a peer health educator from Project Health will be available on Thursdays from 11am to 1pm during the fall and spring semesters starting August 28, 2014.
